Getting To Know Stacey

People often ask, why real estate?   I tell them, I like houses, and I like people!  I want to help people achieve one of the greatest accomplishments of security....a home to provide shelter, warmth, love and safety.  I began my career in 1994, and I am blessed that not only have I helped many families achieve home ownership, but they have become my friends as well!   It is a huge compliment to me when friends refer their friends to me, and thanks to Mary & gang, I can track 7 deals from Mary forward!  I also have worked with 2 generations in one family.   Nearly 80% of my business comes from referrals.  THANK YOU!   

When I am not working I enjoy time with my family, working in the yard, camping and vacations on the beach.   I enjoy church activities, including a worship team, my bible study group, and playing drums during services.   My husband and I took a mission trip to Africa, where we met some wonderful children.  Our service project while we were there was to pour cement for churches and schools. They had one "good church" when we arrived which was a humbling thing to see. That mission trip opened my eyes and taught me many life changing lessons. 

I was born in Northern California, however, I have called Westminster home since 1989.  At home I enjoy life with my husband George and we are recently empty nesters! My daughter, Krystal, graduated high school in 2007 and is working on getting a degree in nursing. My son, Alex is adventerous and passionate about everything he does and always keeps us all on our toes! We also have a crazy African Grey, Rico that entertains all. George and I love to visit any beach, anywhere, and took a great trip to St. John's Trunk Bay, where we not only loved the beach but the people were amazing! We are also blessed to have many of our extended family members living in the state and often enjoy get togethers. 

In 2007, after much thought, consideration, and prayer  I decided to open my own company.   It was time for me to spread my wings and take a leap of faith!   I’m excited about the plans God has in store for our company. Yep, I did say, “our company”. I named the company Son And SEA for a reason. (And obviously, it’s not because we are in California or Florida! And, no, I did not misspell “Son”.) “S.E.A.” are my initials; (Convenient that it also spells a word), and “Son” is representative of my Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ! I truly do believe that everything I have and all that I am, I owe to God… including my business. So, it is with great pleasure that I’ve gone to work WITH and FOR God.
